The series YZYX10 spiral oil press produced by our company is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oilseed, sunflower seed, palm kernel, etc. The product has characteristics of the small investment, high capacity, strong compatibility, and high efficiency. It is widely used in the small oil refinery and rural enterprise.
The YZYX10J-2 are 4 steps squeezing spiral oil presses newly developed by our company. Their pressing force in the chamber is bigger than that of 3 steps squeezing model. Practices proved that the press result and oil yield efficiency are better when properly process the oil plants which have been pretreated well. They are suitable for users with operation experience and stress on low oil content in the cake. Users could obtain a bigger profit.
The following performance parameters can be achieved in the normal and continuous pressing operation and the oil seeds with medium and above quality level (soybean reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1352, peanut kernel reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1532, and rapeseed reaches the fourth grade specified in GB/T 11762) have been cleaned and roasted according to JB/T 11762 the "oil pressing process" stipulated in Appendix A of the JB/T9793-2013 standard.
