YZYX158SZ-3 Series Automatic Temperature Control Cold Pressing Spiral Oil Press (with conveyor) is provided with a spiral conveyor and capable of automatic cycle oil pressing. It is more suitable for pressing raw oil plants, featuring simple operation, compact structure, lower labor intensity, and small area-occupation. Its press cage and main shaft heating functions are for the warming-up and heating of the press chamber in working condition. Besides, the grinding duration can be shortened, and oil cake can be softened by means of heating if the machine gets stuck, so as to avoid disassembling it. And the temperature of the press cage can be maintained in case of a halfway shut down to keep the oil pressing effect.
This machine features a longer pressing process and a higher pressing pressure to improve oil yield and to reduce the residue oil rate of the dry cake. Moreover, its weaing parts are fabricated with superior alloy steel to improve the service life remarkably.
This machine is a low-noise spiral oil press, and it is technically innovative for its reduction gearbox with high-precision hypoid gears for single reducing transmission, which realizes strong carrying capacity of the reduction gearbox, stable transmission, simple structure, high efficiency & energy saving.
The following performance parameters can be achieved in the normal and continuous pressing operation and the oil seeds with medium and above quality level (soybean reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1352, peanut kernel reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1532, and rapeseed reaches the fourth grade specified in GB/T 11762) have been cleaned and roasted according to JB/T 11762 the "oil pressing process" stipulated in Appendix A of the JB/T9793-2013 standard.
