Our series YZYX130 spiral oil press is suitable for squeezing vegetable oil from rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean, shelled peanut, flax seed, tung oilseed, sunflower seed, and palm kernel, etc. The product has characteristics of a small investment, high capacity, strong compatibility, and high efficiency. It is widely used in a small oil refinery and rural enterprise.
YZYX130 is basic 2-step-squeezing spiral oil press.
YZYX130-2 is 3-step squeezing spiral oil press with the bigger compression ratio in the press chest, suitable for users who have operation experience and stress on the low oil content of the dry cakes.
YZYX130-9 is 3-step-squeezing spiral oil press with lengthened squeeze chamber longer than normal YZYX130.
YZYX130-10 is 4-step-squeezing spiral oil press. The pressure in its squeeze chamber is bigger; therefore, the squeezing efficiency is higher.
YZYX130-12 is new 3-steps squeezing spiral oil press with the bigger compression ratio in the press chest and lower oil content less than 6.0% in the cake.
YZYX130GX is an oil press with the bigger gearbox. It works smoothly and has a longer work life and lower noise.
The following performance parameters can be achieved in the normal and continuous pressing operation and the oil seeds with medium and above quality level (soybean reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1352, peanut kernel reaches the third grade specified in GB/T 1532, and rapeseed reaches the fourth grade specified in GB/T 11762) have been cleaned and roasted according to JB/T 11762 the "oil pressing process" stipulated in Appendix A of the JB/T9793-2013 standard.
