Vegetable oil is a compound formed by the combination of unsaturated fatty acids and glycerin, which is widely distributed in nature. It is the oil obtained from the fruits, seeds, and germs of plants. Such as peanut oil, soybean oil, linseed oil, castor oil, and rapeseed oil. The main components of vegetable oil are esters of straight-chain higher fatty acids and glycerol. In the production of crude oil, it must first undergo pretreatments such as selection, dehulling, crushing, softening, rolling, extrusion and expansion, and then extracting crude oil by mechanical pressing or solvent extraction, and then obtaining it after refining. Among them, pressing is one of the key links in the production of some vegetable oils.

Vegetable oil squeezing refers to squeezing oil from the oil through the physical action of the oil pressing equipment. According to different vegetable oil squeezing methods, the current oil pressing equipment on the market can be divided into two types: screw oil press and hydraulic oil press. The screw oil press mainly uses the squeezing screw to rotate, and has a relative effect with the friction between the materials, thereby separating out the oil content from the materials.

The scope of application of the screw oil press is very wide, and it can be used to squeeze a variety of oils such as peanuts, sesame, rapeseed, sunflower, cottonseed, soybean. What is worth mentioning is the design of the snail pressed by vegetable oil. The diameter of the pressed snail gradually increases forward, and the pitch decreases gradually. Such a design can not only cause friction between the snail and the oil, but also produce relative movement between the oil, thereby improving the efficiency of oil extraction and oil yield. The vegetable oil squeezing equipment is also equipped with a variety of fine filtering devices to increase the oil filtration speed while ensuring the purity of the oil.
