Cold Pressing and Hot Pressing Introduction

1.For the edible oil production, currently we have two options available, i.e.the hot squeezing and cold squeezing(room temperature).
Cold squeezing process: 1st squeezing→2nd squeezing(some need third squeezing)→filtering

2.Hot squeezing means the oil seeds must be heated before squeezing,then conduct squeezing and filtering.
Hot squeezing process: oil seeds heating → squeezing → filtering

☆ Analysis against two different type of oil squeezing:
With hot squeezing process, the oil have a stronger fragrance, but the color is darker than the other way.While with cold squeezing process, the oil seeds need not to be preheated, and oil color is more clear.
